We are a small shoppe of adorable curated socks for babes and children. Our socks are a cotton knit blend, and they are stylish and comfy on little feet. 

CURRENCY

We are a proud Canadian small shoppe! But although we are based in Vancouver, Canada - we charge in USD. It was a hard decision to make, but because we deal mostly in USD, it felt easiest to keep the currency the same for ease of running this small business. We love our customers from all over the world, and are so thankful for those Canadian who continue to shop with us, despite the currency exchange. PAYMENT

We accept Paypal as our form of payment. It is secure and safe. And it provides protection for the purchaser (you!) and retailer (us!).

SHIPPING

We generally ship our orders out within 1-3 business days. We ship our items using Canada Post. Please make sure your paypal address is up-to-date and accurate.

Orders shipped within Canada are sent by Canada Post Regular Parcel. Please allow between 7-10 days for delivery. (I have found that items within Canada usually arrive much quicker than that though.)

Orders shipped to the USA are sent by Canada Post Air Mail. Canada post does not provide tracking or insurance for this service. Please allow between 7-21 days for delivery. Most packages arrive within 2 weeks. International orders are also responsible for any custom charges that may appear. (In my experience, this is quite rare.)

RETURNS/REFUNDS

Unfortunately we do not offer returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind. But if we made a mistake on your order, or there are any damages, please contact us at [email protected]

We love and value our customers, and exceptions may be made depending on the situation. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
